Delivery Methods
TMG delivers training to over 5,000 people annually. Training methodology and delivery takes various forms dependent on the particular requirements of the client and/or the individual learner. Using the latest technology and leading edge training delivery, the learning offered by our experienced training consultants includes:
- RPL – recognition of current competency or prior learning
- Face-to-face (workplace and workshops)
- Distance with individual trainer allocated (read and send)
- Mixed mode (matched to individual)
- TMG trainer and in house subject matter expert / trainer partnership
- Online (interactive experiential learning)

Assessment Methods include workbook assessments and possibly workplace observations and third party observations
