Diploma of Conveyancing
Conveyancing is the transfer of legal title of property from one person to another, or the granting of an encumbrance such as a mortgage.
About this Qualification
The Diploma of Conveyancing is designed for Non-Lawyer Conveyancers who run their own Conveyancing practices – or who want to start a new Conveyancing practice or who want to enter the industry.
What you will Learn
The Diploma of Conveyancing contains the essential six core subjects required by the Conveyancing Regulations, as prerequisites for Conveyancing Licensing. These qualifications, offered by the Malka Group, can be undertaken in flexible delivery modes via distance learning, classroom or online.
Completion of each unit in the qualification is undertaken at the learner’s own pace and each learner is supported on a one-to-one basis by a team of fully qualified lawyers and conveyancers with many years of practical experience.

FNSCNV503A Analyse and interpret legal requirements for a transaction
FNSCNV601A Identify and conduct searches
FNSCNV504A Prepare legal documents
FNSCNV505A Finalise the conveyancing transaction
FNSCNV506A Establish and manage a trust account

Successful completion of this qualification means you are eligible to enrol in the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing FNS60310.
