Malka Lawrence
Chief Executive Officer
Malka has more than fifteen years experience in the VET sector, across Private RTO, CRICOS, TAFE, Group Training, Community and Employment Services. She is a management and training strategist, with a track record of providing outstanding solutions to individuals, small, medium and large business and government.
Sarah Carrie
GM – RTO Manager
Sarah has enjoyed over five years working in senior roles within the RTO industry. She has gained practical experience as a trainer, in compliance, and in developing tenders and contracts. Sarah has a passion for the Vocational Education sector, “I love that it’s about achieving a qualification to either place you into the workforce or to better your skills in the workplace. I love change and the continuation to always strive to do something better”.
Rob Weisz
Head of Business Development & Marketing
Rob has a noted background across marketing, not-for-profit and online publishing. Prior to commencing his current role he had consulted to The Malka Group for several years in the areas of marketing, strategy and business development. He has responsibility for business development, marketing, partnerships and strategy.
Love Handa
GM – Business
Love has enjoyed five years with The Malka Group and a further four years in the VET sector. He plays a crucial role in the development and evaluation of stakeholder relationships and has a long track record of working with community groups across Victoria to deliver outstanding learning outcomes.
Debra Peker
Operations Manager
Debra is an integral member of the senior management team – responsible for operations, human resource and finance. She has an extensive legal and business background.
